Predrag embarked on his career in 2003 at the construction company RIMA d.o.o. as a real estate project development associate and sales manager for energy-efficient wooden houses. After 7 years of working in RIMA, he joined one of the largest engineering companies – IMOS d.d. as head of real estate project sales, engaged primarily in the field of commercial real estate. In 2012, he joined the team of Cenilna družba, where he participated in the valuation of more than 300 properties throughout Slovenia. He then joined the staff of the international company LAFARGE d.o.o., in charge of the sale of bagged cement in Slovenia. 

Since 2015, he has managed a portfolio worth EUR 20 million in the “bad bank” HETA as a real estate portfolio management associate and a portfolio worth EUR 6 million in RAIFFEISEN LEASING. In 2019, as an expert associate for receivables, he managed non-performing receivables for the international company DDM from Switzerland.
