The rapid expansion of the initial CS Consulting company, founded in 2014, and the company's new partner are the key drivers behind the establishment of a new CSA company. With more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector, CSA has a team of professional, experienced and trusted individuals who strive for high quality service, a personal approach and added value in just about every project.

During in-depth consulting session with the client, we identify the main problems or challenges of operations and make sure that the client understands the current situation.

After the identification of the main problems, we set the desired goals and prepare the action plan and the time schedule of activities. During the preparation phase, we determine the types of analyses and approaches to be used for achieving the goals.

During the analysis, we look for the facts and reasons for the existing situation. This includes the review of past operations (sales, production, costs, buyers, strategy), market and economic analysis, analysis of the competitive environment and strategic analysis. All of the above serves as the basis for preparing possible scenarios.

After a thorough analysis, we focus on the preparation of several scenarios that could help us find a positive solution for the existing problems. For each scenario, we foresee the options for its implementation and the actual implementation, taking into account all participants involved.
