Lea got her Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication and Public Relations from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Ljubljana and is a future Master of Communication specializing in Strategic Marketing Communication. During her studies, she gained practical experience in a multinational automotive company, where she specialized in product marketing.

In her current role as Office and Marketing Manager at CSA she is responsible for managing administrative affairs and overseeing the marketing activities of the company.
