Nina completed her Master's degree at an international IMB program at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana, where she obtained a title of Master of Business Administration with specialization in Financial Management. She completed her master's degree on the topic of international competencies of SME managers in Slovenia, for which she received the Prešeren Award. During her undergraduate studies, Nina spent one year at one of the top-ranked business schools in Canada, the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.

After completing her studies, Nina started her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Slovenia in the financial consulting department. As a financial consultant in the field of mergers and acquisitions, she participated on numerous domestic and foreign M&A processes and acquired financial modeling and financial due diligence competences.

Nina continued her career as an Executive Manager in an international manufacturing company, present on more than ten foreign markets, where she independently managed internal business processes and performed as a key account manager for Slovenian, Croatian, German and English-speaking markets.

As a financial consultant at CSA, she focuses her work on financial analysis, business valuation, due diligence and business and financial monitoring.
