Andrej boasts more than 13 years of experience in the financial industry. His career began in a Big Four company, where he was first employed as a financial advisor and later as a leader of teams with up to 5 members working on individual projects. In the first 7 years of his career, he participated mainly in business valuation projects and due diligence. After that, he focused on restructuring projects, financial modelling and M&A projects. 

Andrej continued his career in a self-employed job and as one of the founders of CS Consulting, where he occupied the position of Managing Director. He is target-oriented, dedicated to solving all the challenges of business partners, proactive and prudent, and he specialises in corporate restructuring, finance sourcing, financial modelling, business valuation, real estate appraisal and review and valuation of bad debts. Owing to long-term presence in the industry and knowledge of key actors in Slovenia, Andrej is behind countless positive changes in companies’ business.

He constantly upgraded his financial skills and in 2020 obtained the title of Certified Business Appraiser from the Slovenian Institute of Auditors. 

As a partner at CSA, Andrej is not only proactive and dedicated to his work, as his extensive knowledge from many industries is an indispensable building block for solving challenges faced by companies.
