For companies that wish to exercise control over operations or for companies experiencing difficulties that are evident from the established monitoring, the CSA experts recommend the services of business finance for the purpose of improving the internal financial processes, optimisation of the company’s finance with control over redundant outflows, consultancy and adoption of measures to improve performance or building of the management’s competences for the adoption of the right decisions.
If a company is found to have poor liquidity already during the monitoring, CSA experts recommend refinancing or reprogramming of the existing loans.
For the purpose of determining the right value of the company, we provide the services of company valuation by an authorised company valuer of the Slovenian Institute of Auditors.
